One Pot Super Garlic Pasta

Ingredients
4 tablespoons butter
8 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups brother (any)
1 cup milk + 1/4 cup for added creamy goodness
12 ounces uncooked angel hair pasta or vermicelli
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste (about 1 tsp. salt; 1/2 tsp. pepper)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated (Asiago is also delicious!)
2 tablespoons freshly grated herbs

Method
1. In a Dutch oven or medium saucepan with a lid, melt the butter over medium high heat.

2. Add garlic and cook, stirring frequently about 2 minutes.

3. Stir in broth, milk and uncooked pasta, season with salt and pepper.

4. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover, and simmer, stirring occasionally, until pasta is cooked through 10-12 minutes.

5. Stir in Parmesan. If it looks too thick add the ¼ cup additional milk.

6. Serve immediately and garnish with extra cheese and fresh chopped herbs.
