A variety of vendors will satisfy every craving with garlic-forward classics—roasted-garlic spreads, garlic fries, garlic-stuffed burgers—and inventive items like garlic ice cream, charred-garlic sauces, and global dishes using Minnesota-grown garlic. With a wide variety of vendors, there are vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and meat options. Drinks include regional craft beers, ciders, garlic‑infused seasonal cocktails, non‑alcoholic lemonades, house sodas, and specialty coffee. Vendors use locally sourced ingredients when possible and post ingredient/allergy info.
